Refund policy

For our items, you may return the item(s) in good condition, within 14 days of delivery, for replacement product or another item. We will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the product. Be sure to return your items via an insured carrier. R Furniture is not responsible for lost returns. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a CREDIT for the amount of the item, excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. For Custom Orders, all sales are final. The purchase is nonreturnable.
